MUNICIPALITY OF SPANIARD’S BAY
DISCRETIONARY USE
The Municipality of Spaniard’s Bay has received an application from Karen Cormier to operate a Children’s Party Business from residential property at 89 Brazil’s Hill, Spaniard’s Bay.
This area is zoned Residential in the Town Plan and the application is being considered as a Discretionary Use for that municipal planning area.
Anyone who wishes to make representation either in favour of or contrary to the proposed development may do so in writing to be received at the Town Hall, Spaniard’s Bay on or before 5:00 pm on Friday, September 01, 2023.
