Development Regulations Amendment No. 1, 2024 The general public is invited to view a draft copy of the Town of Spaniard’s Bay Development Regulations Amendment No. 1, 2024. The proposed Development Regulations Amendment No. 1, 2024, will change the accessory building condition by deleting the maximum combined floor area of 84m2 and replacing with the maximum combined floor area will now be calculated based of 7% of the lot size. This change will apply to condition 9(a) of the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Land Use Zone Table, condition 6(a) of the Residential Infill (RI) Land Use Zone Table and condition 4(a) of the Mixed Development (MD) Land Use Zone Table, Schedule C. The public may provide any comments or concerns on the proposed change to the Town in writing before Council proceeds with adopting the proposed amendment. The Town of Spaniard’s Bay draft Development Regulations Amendment No. 1, 2024, shall be on display April 19, to April 26, 2024, from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Town Hall, Spaniard’s Bay.
