Road Closure – Northern Cove Pond Road

The Municipality of Spaniards Bay has received and considered a petition from residents along Northern Cove Pond Road and has held subsequent meetings with a representative committee from that road.  Further to the above, Council held a public meeting specifically on the topic this past June.

Please be advised that effective Thursday, November 18, 2021, Northern Cove Pond Road shall be closed as a public through roadway and shall only be accessible from the intersection of Crane’s Road and Ridge Road.  The road will be barricaded at the intersection of Conception Bay Highway.      

Notices to this effect have been provided to all emergency services.
